If you logged in but you can't see your Pro or Lite features, please check your Account Settings. This is available to you once you click the small profile icon in the top right corner when logged in.
Next, click 'Plans and Billings'. If your Plans and Billings section has a level up button, it means your subscription or one-off Pro access has expired.
You can also check to see if you have a second account. First, Log out, then input any email you have used on our Main Page here, then click Log in.
If you feel that you need to reset your password, you can enter any email, click Forgot Password, and it will arrive to the email inbox that you may have registered with.
