If you purchased a subscription and logged in, but you can't see your Pro or Lite features, please check your Account Settings. This is available to you once you click the small profile icon in the top right corner when logged in.
Next, click 'Plans and Billings'. If your Plans and Billings section displays a 'Level Up' button, it means your subscription or one-off Pro access has expired.
You can also check to see if you may have a second Piktochart account. First, log out, then manually input any other email address you have used on our Main Page here, then click "Log In".
If you you need to reset your password, just enter the correct email address, click 'Forgot your password', and the password-related message will be sent to that email address at once. You may need to check both your inbox and your Spam folder.
