You can use our Download option to download a PNG image or PDF document, but first, you’ll need to set your block sizes to the dimensions of your choice.
First, please choose a template from the Printable category, as these will work best for page formatting if you intend to print.
Next, you can choose to set your dimensions by inches, centimeters or pixels. Set these dimensions by using the custom block settings at the left of the canvas: here’s how. (If you wish to print in a standard A4 or 8.5x11 letter size, please be sure to only use 1 block and don't resize your canvas to other dimensions).
Please be sure to hit the return/enter key after setting the width, and then again after setting the height.
If you are a free user, you can download in PNG format only.
If you are a PRO user, you can choose to download a static PNG file, or a PDF if you want active hyperlinks. If you do decide to create multiple pages, you can choose "download as blocks" and each block will download as a separate page in a single PDF file.
If you are a free or Lite user, the Piktochart logo will automatically be added at the bottom of your downloaded visual. For Pro users, there will be no reference to Piktochart on your output.
Please note the maximum dimensions for the custom block settings:
Maximum width : 40 inches, 101.6 cm, 3840 px
Maximum height : 50000 pixels for the entire canvas (all blocks combined)
If you wish to download and print a visual that is larger than the maximum size, you can make a compatible size within our limits. For example, if you need something that is 100 inches width x 150 inches height, divide both dimensions by 5.
100 / 5 = 20
150 / 5 = 30
You can then set your custom block size to 20 inches width and 30 inches height.
