There are a few situations that can prevent the system from completing the Save or Download operations.
Firewalls blocking a good connection can happen at times on corporate or shared connections. The network firewall must allow full access to all piktochart.com and create.piktochart.com pages. Even a slight change to the firewall settings can stop the Piktochart system from being able to save your visual, and can even prevent downloading. For these issues, only your local IT department or network adviser can help.
There are some cases where the visual created is extremely large and contains a significant quantity of high-resolution personal images on its canvas. Many personal computers simply lack sufficient processing power to render such a memory-intensive image. In those cases, an error message may appear, and the only solution will be to make a smaller visual or one that includes fewer high-resolution personal images.
There have also been issues at times with some personal images which are corrupted, and that can prevent the download as well. You can check to see if any personal image uploads are the source of the problem by removing those personal images from the canvas and re-trying the Saving or Downloading process to see if results improve.
If you still are having a problem with Saving or Downloading after the above, though, please include the following when you contact us with your brief description of the problem.
1. The email address you use to log in to your Piktochart account
2. Permission to access your account
3. Whether you're using Chrome or you're using Firefox (other browsers are not usually fully compatible with Piktochart)
